Overclock Accelerator Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect
We collect information you provide to us, information generated when you use the Services, and limited information from integrated third-party tools.
1.1 Data You Provide
- Identity & Contact Data – name, email, phone.
- Professional Data – LinkedIn URL, résumé/work history.
- Login Credentials – encrypted username/password.
- Communications – messages you send to support or staff.
- Content & Projects – assignments, posts, feedback, uploads.
1.2 Data We Collect Automatically
- Device & System Info – IP address, browser/OS, device IDs.
- Usage Data – pages viewed, clicks, session duration, referral links.
- Location – coarse city/region inferred from IP.
Collected via cookies, server logs, and analytics platforms.
1.3 Data from Integrated Tools
If you connect third-party accounts or participate in course activities that rely on external platforms (e.g., video conferencing, group chat, code repositories, or learning-management tools) we receive the minimum data needed to provision access—typically your name, email, and any profile info you choose to share.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide the Service – enroll you, host live classes, manage assignments.
- Communicate – send transactional or marketing emails/SMS (opt-out any time for marketing).
- Support – troubleshoot and respond to inquiries.
- Analytics & Improvement – understand usage, fix bugs, enhance features.
- Marketing/Testimonial Use – feature your name, likeness, quotes, and project work (never your contact info) with your consent.
- Legal & Security – enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
3. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

Every third-party provider is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use your data only to perform the contracted service.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and personalization. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data as long as needed to
- provide the Services,
- comply with legal obligations, or
- resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and—where applicable—at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a business need. No system is 100 % secure; notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.

8. International Transfers & GDPR
Data is processed in the United States. For EU/UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

A formal Data Protection Officer is not required at our current scale; our privacy team can be reached at legal@overclockaccelerator.com. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their local Data Protection Authority.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use after the “Effective Date” constitutes acceptance.
